Today I noticed small rum cakes in Santa Rosa’s upright cold case, with a label that indicated they were made ‘by Ron’.
So my question is: is that our very own Ron Igo, or a different Ron?

Thanks...

I know that.
But I will look at the label again for the identity of the baker.

My wife Irene makes a great rum cake but I do not. It did not come from me, must be another Ron or as you said, ron. Ron Igo

Yup, looked again at the label today...

It says ‘pastel de ron’, not BY RON, as I had misremembered it yesterday.  So, the reference is to RUM.

Still don’t know who the baker is...
