I have bought a boatload of shrimp over the years - mostly headless azul grande from Claudia for years. Today no AG but super grande browns with heads for 160. I use the heads and peelings to make a shrimp broth for noodles, etc so OK. Got them home and started cleaning - and surprise - a big lime green track is almost every one. I'm familiar with the usual black tracks - but hardly any had one. He swears they're not farmed - maybe they were all on a green lawn somewhere under the sea? Or imported?

Any shrimp experts here?
