We use Express VPN on our firestick and we are happy with it.

You do not need a VPN in most cases for TV Try Smart DNS Proxy https://www.smartdnsproxy.com/ free 14 day trail or If you have to have VPN I recommend PIA.

Amazon Prime sure seems to sniff out any VPN I have tried.

Anyone find something that works?

yes PIA https://www.privateinternetaccess.com Vpn works great with Amazon also costs more than Smart Dns Proxy who also give you a Vpn to us 24.00 for two years I think.

Hook ,I had the same problem with Express VPN and Prime at first. Instead of using the default location, usually Miami or LA. type in Chicago. i haven't had an issue since I did that.
