Amazon Mexico has their own version of Prime - 99 pesos a month - and 1-2 day shipping depending on what it is and where it is and where you are here. Our San Carlos obviously not the same as Guad, CDMX, etc.

I'm  interested in their Prime Video - inc in the 99 price - but for lots (not all) of movies (I'm not interested in TV series) - you need to rent/buy the movie, same as US. The US Prime video only (not full Prime - shipping etc $14) is us$9 per mo and the rent/buy amounts as well.

This is only about Prime Video Mexico - or US for that matter.

Not interested in anything else - Netflix, Google Play video, or any version of Firestick anything, etc. No Dish, Shaw, cable, nada ...  Not movies in Gym for 45 pesos either.

I was paying US Prime video but when accessing from within Mexico the catalog of "included" movies was limited. Then at some point "it" asked me if I wanted to switch to MX Prime video and I did. I believe the catalog expanded but still not the same as when you are in the States, it has more titles from the Latin-American market. I think that you are first time customer you get 30 day trial, maybe that would be enough to determine if it has enough movie titles for you.

If you get a VPN on your television, they don't know where you are and you can get Prime Video.
