Received the first shot four weeks ago at the school opposite the Auditorium downtown, but no news on where or when the second one is available, and where to get it?

Benestar,  through a member usually posts the schedules on this board, but haven't seen any lately.
Anyone heard or seen any notices?

Thanks

Nothing announced yet. We went to the shoot up on Mon and they said - maybe next week, or ...

It's actually spelled Bienestar - Google "Bienestar Guaymas" and you find their Facebook page where you can see their announcements - https://www.facebook.com/bienestarguaymas/

There are quite a few of us waiting. I read multiple news sources everyday and haven't seen anything regarding the second vaccination. I am sure Xicotencatl will post when it's available.
For those of us that don't use Facebook.

Yes DocD, I will be pleased to post as soon as I have news on the second shot; We are also waiting for it at home. Benito_Villa is also posting info on this so any of Us with updated info will post here for sure.

Pfizer vaccines continues to arrive to the country in relatively large shipments, almost a million doses arrived in the past days.

Also, Secretary Mayorkas from the US fed gov visited Mexico City earlier this week to evaluate when the border will be open for inland crossing, the agreement seems to be to have all border states vaccinated in similar proportion to the US neighbor border states ASAP and 1.3 Million J&J were donated by the US gov to help on this. So I would expect vaccination to speed Up in Sonora soon.

Print your form at home and fill in to skip one step at the vaccine location.
Mivacuna.salud.gob.mx
We were in and out in less than 40 minutes.

Yes...Susan is correct...If you print the page at home you won't have a long wait.. go after 9am  and before 11 for quickest timing...they also have people who can speak English for those who are concerned.   Big shoutout to the Gov't of Mexico and all the wonderful volunteers who assist you in every step,  enjoy the freedom ..

Had the second shot this morning. Very professional, competence in nurses and attendants, not a single hiccup of any kind along the way.
One question, and it concerns official documentation from having both shots, and a visa/passport to be able to prove inoculations and vaccination protection if one wants to cross a border or travel internationally.
Can we get any form of attestation, or are the slips filled out by the staff who gave the shots sufficient. Pertinent details such as the batch number of the Pfizer serum injected is on those sheets....... is that enough for the world bureaucracy that is mandated to 'check', and that word is loosely defined, so as to verify some type of compliance acceptable to all?
Facts and thoughts on the matter?

Make copies of the slips and have the copy laminated to carry with you. Keep the original safe in case boosters are needed later.
