Anyone have a phone number for local Telmex support...I suspect a problem with my Huawei 8245 router.
Thanks

Modem checks are made in their office here in S Carlos, or at least thats where they tested my telmex router.

They then know if its your router or the wire to your house and I believe will also ping your number.

Call the number on your phone bill they can check it from there. You can ask for English if you need to. Did you try unplugging the modem wait 1 min. than plug back in?

Frankie, the San Carlos TelMex office was open on Monday morning when I went by there, people waiting outside for their turn to go in.

Mine is getting old, and I have to reboot it daily, or 2x daily.
