Is there a place to get reels repaired locally?  Old Penn reels?

There was a gent in the rear of Totonaka who could repair about any reel and Penns are everywhere. I do not remember his name but ask PQ Fernando Almada aka Catch 22 Sportfishing Mexico, his store behind Marinaterra or Brian with Margarita Sportfishing. Both know everybody and everything fishing, LOL! Ynot
