On "opening day", there were many empty beer containers on the beach and in the parking area at 2 in the afternoon near Marina Terra Beach Club. Folks standing around laughing and drinking beer. They may as well put up a sign that says "don't step on the sand">>>??

Hard to wear a mask and keep from spreading droplets, grabbing chips and snacks all day from a bowl or bag while drinking beer and sodas all day.

smart move, not enough police to patrol the beaches, open a road block. 30 where detained and the fines where as much as 10,000 pesos!
