found yeast and flour at Santa Rosas.  I bake artisan bread and found using Gallo flour and magedeli yeast are the winning combo.  also I bake Broa (portugese cornbread) cornmeal also available at Santa Rosas.  On the hunt but not seriously yet for vanilla pudding mix - not instant to make a rum cake..

Have you been to Moy in Guaymas yet? Not a source for flour, but they do have some nuts and seeds. I think Santa Rosa goes there, buys in bulk, and those are the items you see in their individually bagged nuts and seeds. Quite a bit cheaper at Moy, but Santa Rosa can't be beat for convenience.

I have never found rye flour anywhere down here. Always have to bring it down.
