Hello !  Does anyone know if the Kino Bay area has a forum like this one ?  I have not been able to find anything..

No they do not.
What they have is their monthly Club Deportivo Newsletter. It is online and on paper.
Many, many people communicate daily and hourly via radio.
It works great. The main channel is Rescue One which keeps track of boats going out and returning.
There are other channels for boats when they are out.
Another is for talking with neighbors and general interests, etc.
The main lifeline is the Club Deportivo. I can only guess the % of people who do not participate. There are so many things that keep the community together.
However it can be a clicky club also.
