After 9 days we finally got our phone problem fixed but it's not an easy thng to do since the lady at the telmex office will not take maintenace problems anymore (she's only there to accept monies for the bills).  'Trying 050 is an all day busy signal and the 800-123-2222 as well as 800-123-0000 are also big headaches with all day busy signals.  the chat line doesn't work on the web site.  Does anyone know how to get ahold of the company another way? The repairman, when he finally came, said everything is being handled by Hermosillo and everything on the reporting end has changed and is no good. He couldn't give me any advice either.  I speak spansh and he spoke english so there were no language problems.
