|Today's El Imparcial had three articles about stopping the violence in Sonora. Meanwhile, in El Vigía there was an article that highlights the problem. A guy known as "El Wence" was found dead in Empalme with a note that said
“MIENTRAS LOS MP FEDERALES Y JUECES SIGAN SOLTANDO POR DINERO A ESTAS LACRAS MATAPOLICÍAS LA VIOLENCIA NO CALMARA”.
In other words, while the authorities keep releasing these no good police killers for cash, the violence will not end.
El Wence had previously been stopped for carrying a 9mm pistol, bullets for an AK-47, and a stolen motorcycle. He was put in prison for murder in 2008 and let out in 2010. Less than a month ago (July 17, 2019) he was stopped again for carrying a weapon.
Why was this guy not locked up?
