I was wondering if anyone knows where to buy fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice, for years I bought it from Tony and Alahandro. Then I was able to get it at Santa Cruz market. But now at Santa Cruz market they offer a watered down version in labeled plastic carton. I know I can squeeze my own but it was quite nice to just go get a half gallon for 65 pesos.

Do you mean Santa Rosa market? I dont think the OJ is watered down. But I do inspect the pulp closely in the container.

I have very rarely seen grapefruit juice there, this year.

Thanks for info, yes I was speaking of Santa Rosa. Guess I’ll have to get a juicer for the grapefruit juice

I take back what I said about the OJ at Santa Rosa. I bought a half g yesterday. For the first time ever, it has a commercial label on it. Dos Arroyos, I believe. That stuff sure seems watered down to me.

Probably their local source is now out of oranges. The season has basically ended in this immediate area. The peak always seems to be Feb-Mar.
