Mexico, San Carlos in particular, is being represented in this years championship by Team Hammerdown, consisting of Daniel Grajeda Jr., "Rana" Jesus Manuel Nunez Gonzalez and John and Tawni King. "Baby Girl" won last years qualifying tournament.

Ouch. Not much better today. We talked to one boat there that had one the first day and 19 the next. Oh well. I'd much rather be there!

I agree Brian. I'd rather be there than driving my desk and imagining what their scene is. Hopefully they have better luck today and tomorrow. Cheers!

Results overall from the Offshore world championship. Glad to see some The team from Oregon win it all.. I've fished the tournaments in Oregon many times and I believe the team "Catch a Lotta" was on placed 2nd in the Oregon Tuna Classic 2018 tournament.. Kudos to team Oregon Tuna Classic and great job on placing 2nd last year Mike!!
