Hola Gata, I went to the Telmex site to help you. I chatted with someone in Spanish. You may be able to do the same. The only help they gave was a contact number. 018001232222, option 1. You may try that. Good luck.

Why not try Mexico block call list.
PROFECO, Mexico's consumer protection agency has set up a toll free number to register your phone number in the do not call registry so you will not receive solicitation calls, a business violating this registry can face stiff fines.

For Guadalajara and Mexico City dial 9628-0000 and other areas (like Chapala) call 01-800-962-8000 from the phone number you want to register

Options are in Spanish but once you call choose option 1 (hit the 1 key) to register and then hit option 4 to block all solicitation calls.

If you use google chrome browser it should translate for you.
