Looking to put a personal weather station at home in the Country Club.  We had an "Accurite" but the sending or receiving sensors didn't seem to do well through the concrete block.  Anyone have experience with one that has a "wired" transmission?  Other ideas that seem to work in our masonry structures welcome.

Thanks in advance.

My "outside wireless Accurite" shoots thru' a block bodega wall, a 15inch thick column with a lot of rebar, and then 2 inside walls of block, All walls are "plastered" inside and out. I have 3 monitors in different places off the same outside sending unit. I got 2 additional monitors at the time almost free in a sale package from Accurite, it's about 3 years old. 2 color and one black and white monitor and they all work correctly as far as I can tell. Maybe ask Accurite themselves?? Ron

I have the 5 in 1. It is maybe 3 years old. The plain 5 in 1, not the Pro 5 in 1. I bought it in one of their deal of the day or week sales. The package came with 2 color monitors and one black and white monitor with weather ticker. I have the little optional solar head with 2 little solar panels. I paid far less than they are asking for only their 5 in 1 with one monitor. I had a little La Cross unit for years but was older and somewhat inferior to the Acurite. You can research on Acurite.com. Hope this helps,Ron
