Craig's not allowed to fish anymore.

Pretty flat flat most all of the morning. A few were caught on the troll, but they were shallow and we got five and seven nice ones on the troll. Some bonita and small yellowtail around. One big one eventually found a deep rock on us. Sorry, I have enough boats around the spot at the moment. The hint is it's only a mile from the dock.

All I've seen are FB photos of snow in Rio Rico. Remember the movie Misery?

As Samuel Clemens once said
"I can understand perfectly how the report of my illness got about, I have even heard on good authority that I was dead. [A cousin] was ill in San Carlos two or three weeks ago, but is well now. The report of my illness great out of his illness. The report of my death was an exaggeration."

I have been pre-disposed for some time now with competitive shooting, loading mass amounts of practice ammo, and cruising in the All-Terrain Land Yacht, re-discovering the desert and mountains surrounding the new hometown in Thatcher Arizona.

Since every story I ever posted about fishing conquests and monumental catches were factual, the lack of fishing leaves me little to dazzle my followers with .

Miss you all and see you some day soon!

Thanks for your concern Matt!! You know fishermen, when they're not lying, they're telling stories!

Tried a reply but did not go through. Very windy and slow up here. My wife got a 21# Baja grouper while jigging at Turner and one lucky troller got 30 and 32# YT one day (no there fish caught by anyone) and a few days later a 37#er , all on X-Rap Spotted Minnows.

Good luck Quagmire! I can't even seem to find out anything about the Yellowtail Tournament - maybe it's a Secret Society now?

I won't be in it, but if I hear something, I'll let you know. Nobody tells me anything, especially where the fish are.
