OK I agree with you odwyerpw, let the facts present themselves, in 1984 San Carlos Golf Course had 12 beautiful tennis courts, I played on them every week both doubles and singles, then one day they were closed due to the development of condos, so give us/me an update as to the development and compilation of the current eye sore, the golf course condos, enlighten us all with your knowledge, the ball is in your court.

I've been told I am a cesspool of useless knowledge a time or two. However, I have absolutely no opinion, nor am I privy to any specifics on the golf course tennis courts and condo tower. The events at the golf course at present are fascinating in their connection to an outgoing renegade mayor and his brother. It's all very highly irregular. Frankie and Kiteborder included references. I won't do them justice summarizing the material here. Condos and Tennis courts, I gots zero illumination to offer. ![]()

All the tennis courts were closed to make ready for the condos, I thought maybe a good idea to by a condo, went to the main sales offices, lots of full color brochures, Mr, Lenny himself appeared to complete the sale, it was clear he was dependent on pre sales to finance the completion of his condo towers and thus make him profit, I offered him $500 US dollars as a deposit for a condo, the balance due upon occupancy of the condo, he rejected my offer.
