Anyone else lost these two Web-Cam sites?  The Bahia cam seemed to view east from west side of Bahia maybe from the home security, CyberPro.  The other Cam appeared to be located on the east side mid Caracol view down on the old Shangri La site.
Also the lose of the Webcam at the La Posada, is a huge lose with the upcoming storm season looming.

Palapatopa, the site that overlooks the old Shangra la site will be back up soon.  Trying to find someone to reset the power.

If we could somehow resurrect the La Posada Webcam, that would be great. That is the go to Cam during the storm season, whether you are here in SC or up north.

Ian948 - looking at the last 12 mos wx history for SC, on Sept 1 there was the last rain and it was largish 47mm = 1.8". What kind of weather event caused that?

The internet is down on the Caracol also at this time. Hopefully they will restore it soon.

That was TS Lidia last Sept...

Also, only TelMex Internet is down.  My MegaCable service is working fine on the Caracol Peninsula.

This link takes you to the weather station that displays the webcam image.  I suspect there is something on wunderground that is not working to directly display the image. Lets be patient and see if they correct the problem. Hi
