I wonder how many people posted on this thread that actually lived on a boat in San Carlos. Lots of opinion, very little experience in what they were asking. I think they will enjoy it, with all that their boat has to offer. One mans issues, are anothers' delight!

We have not lived on a boat. Just a summertime dweller that lives here year around. Enjoy. Ynot

Hopefully they will get AC on their Boat.

As for me, the older I get the harder the heat/humidity mix is on me. At my age I don't deserve to Suffer.

Jimmy, Axe wrote "It has a water maker on board, as well as A/C with Solar, Wind & Diesel Genset for power." What he didn't say is if A/C stands for Alternating Current or Air Conditioning. He probably has both.

4% humidity in Tucson yesterday. Yesterday afternoon 99 outside 69 inside using the cooler on low blower. I have A/C but prefer the cooler when the humidity is low.
