Hooty-Hoo................ A follow-up act to the outstanding performance of the Yaqui youth was a tough one, BUT put on your dancing shoes and grab your shopping bag and head to "The Marketplace" (by and for Rescate) this Saturday, March 3.  Manuelito  and his muchachos have volunteered to play their great Mexican hits from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.  They will be playing for propina only. Also, be sure and visit Paulo and Bahia Storage this weekend and support his Tianguis which helps him support the two students he is assisting with schooling - then visit the Marketplace, dance a tune or two and visit our local vendors. Mover to come!!! "It's Your Life, Join Rescate" Emergency:  226-0911

Hootie--Hoo..........Good Morning.

The Marketplace (by and for Rescate) will be open tomorrow, the 7th, offering mighty great food and wares from our fantastic vendors.

Among the many vendors, we have Estella with her amazing tamales, empanadas, chile rellenos and sweet rolls, Sharon with her unique handmade tables and mirrors, Reyna and her fine jewelry, CeCe and her infamous key-lime pies (put a key lime pie in your freezer and have a refreshing slice at a time), Diana and her "Happy Hippie Bread", Jeovannie and his Mexican rug s,Felipe with Mexican baskets and beautiful clothing, Jorge with blankets, jewelry, pottery and much more, Jessica with quesadillas, cheeses and chorizo, Mark and Marie with baked goods and great sea art, Chef Miguel with his to-die-for burritos and more.  Pretend you are sitting in a garden picking organic vegetables right off the vine, nothing fresher and that is what Dragon Fruit Farms offers as well as their organic citrus.

The Rescate Thrift Store will have tables of discounted clothing just pulled from the racks of the store for 10 pesos or stuff a large shopping bag for only 40 pesos.

PLUS you can visit the Rescate Thrift Store and find that perfect item for your home.
We had beautiful hand-painted china come in yesterday and you also can purchase plain china to paint yourself.

We also have a Wolf Commercial Stove for sale which is valued at $4,000-7,000 new that we are offering for 5000 pesos.

We thank you for supporting The Marketplace and our many vendors and our Thrift Store which in turn keeps the wonderful and important service of Rescate and the EMTs providing the outstanding service they do.
