Yes but it may be more cost effective to buy an annual.

See http://www.sancarlosmexico.com/fishregs.html for links to Conapesca office in San Diego. An annual is $46.40 USD from them.

Thanks Bart. Can you still buy them from the gentleman at the marina? Is the Conapesca office open on Saturdays?

This link is supposed to provide an online experience - i.e. you can pay and print immediately. https://www.bajasursportfishing.com/pesca/index.php?idiomas=en I did contact them by email and had it confirmed licenses were valid for all Mexico waters. The Conapesca in San Diego appears to be using a mail to you system and does not accept credit cards. Not being a fisherman I have not applied for one - if someone uses bajasursportfishing.com would appreciate feedback ! Thanks

someone posted on Bloody Decks that they got one online and it was $33 due to the peso to dollar value. I am unable to read Spanish so I would need to get some assistance in order to use the online system.

With the peso jumping around it's going to be around 40.00USD anywhere you buy it. There should only be about a 2.00USD difference if any.

Lots of jumpers today. One strike and another that followed us and thought about it. Saw another boat with one on. Going to try again on Wednesday.
