Hello 
I would like to know if anyone has any good leads on boat insurance ? Planning on taking my boat from California to San Carlos So far I can find insurance for my truck and boat on land full coverage but none on the water.

BoatUS will cover you. They recently merged with Geico and prices went up but if you ask they can add MX coastal waters to be included in the coverage.

what kind are you looking for ??? , if your going to keep it in the marina slip all you need is liability, I use Geico for my truck and boat Liability only,and have good Lucky with that so far, too cover your stuff, only keep on the boat what you can afford to live with out. there is a company that cover's it all can not remember there name wright off hand, some one on the suite would know.
