SBPA Needs Your Cat!
You all know and love the SBPA Calendar and as we work on the 2018 version we really need your help!
Of course money comes to mind and we always have that need but this is more specific.
Lots of dogs & puppy pictures have been submitted but we really, really need photos of rescued cats or kittens.
We do our best to alternate between dogs and cats so please get out your camera.
Keep a few things in mind as you "snap" your little fur babies.
Guidelines for submissions:
photo clarity is critical-we enlarge these so exceptional clarity and quality are a must
these must be photos of a rescue animal
should not show any people or people parts
    colorful backgrounds are great
    close ups are great
horizontal layout is best if possible
Please email your photos to        barbarastrelke@gmail.com Caroline Durand

I'll try to find the original hi-res version of this one in my archives. This is cerca 2013, Chancho and Ross Perot, both rescues from Guaymas. They had a habit of sitting on our wall and peering out onto the sidewalk through the metal work (yes, I kept flower pots on a drip irrigation on the wide public sidewalk and no one ever stole a single one).

But hey, everyone loves cat fotos (next best thing to cat videos):

Un redeemable.

Not a rescue, but needs rescuing from the Z-Apocalypses.

Angie is an Alamos rescue, seen here in the kitchen in a hacienda en La Huerta. I can't find a better picture unfortunately.

Don't go looking here for Cat Fotos, they've removed all evidence.

On a serious note, Thank you Caroline for the work of all the volunteers of SBPA.

By all means send Barbara the picture of your babies hanging out of the wall.  It is adorable and thanks for your support.

Caroline,
I looked and looked. I cannot find the original photo of Chancho and Ross Perot. Sorry.

Email her what you have just in case.  We need many pics and can use some as smallerinserts if not too clear.
This is an awesome shot.
