Limey... Actually, the work at the Playa San Carlos Hotel beach has been going on for over a month. You should check out the great new palapa! And a full menu too!

The last word on the old Fiesta Hotel property is it is in adverse possession. Which means that someone (Mexican national) who is not the owner has taken possession. And now has apparently leased it out to someone unsuspecting........
