This year the SCYC/Rescate tournament will not issue cameras. Each team must provide one or more digital cameras for taking photos of released bill fish. Final rules and procedures are being coordinated and will be published to the Rescate web site and here as soon as I have them from the committee. Cell phone cameras will not be acceptable.

Heads up!

Bart

Right now they are only considering "still" and not video as it takes less time to download but it's all still in the "works" so will let you know soon.

Speed is not any concern, 60 seconds and you can down load 10 catch & release Videos, Way better than stills NO guess work at all. In Florida thats all they use, I love Mexico but on this issue ( when $$ is involved) we need to Catch-up, If you can't afford a 149.00 Go Pro you Can't afford to fish Tournaments. Just my 2 cents

Carl- If you read the IGFA Rules you attached, you will see Live & Dead bait is Fine..any type of Hook is OK
per The Rules, Just No more than 2 hooks with Proper
spacing..

Steve I read the rules just wanted to make sure I did not miss something and get it cleared up before fridays Capt. meeting people where asking me to find out I think there is some confusion with IGFA rules and Cantina cup rules and that there was no live bait at the world championship in cabo last month thanks

Sorry Carl, I gave you the wrong info this a.m. concerning "circle hooks".  Not needed as Steve says (Catch 22).  Also, live or dead bait is allowed.
