Its had to estimate unless you can capture all the water into one stream in a pipe with a constant slope, speed, depth and width.
If you can do that, timing how fast it fills a container (bucket?) is one method, you toy can use 7.45 gallons per cubic feet of space as a constant after you have estimated the speed it travels through the cross sectional area x a length to figure the time and volume.

Its tough where it is as the ground is so flat. You could probably fix the leak faster than the time it takes to get an accurate measurement.
