MARINA AND MOUNTAIN VIEW, 1 BEDROOOM, 1 BATH CONDO TO USE AS DOWN PAYMENT ON HOUSE ON THE CARACOL. WOULD PREFER HOME WITH PARKING FOR AT LEAST 2 VEHICLES AND SMALL BOAT.

I have a fantastic home in Tecalai if you are interested in this area. Large walled yard with full RV hook-up, we kept our 25' C-Dory there. Huge privet shop with parking and an empty lot adjacent to it. No Home owners ass. 2Bed, 3 bath across the street from San Francisco Beach. You can see it on the ReMax San Carlos Website. The address is # 35 Tecalai. We would like to down size.
