1985 Marlin cabin cruiser in good shape. Well maintained 4.3L 6 cylinder mercruiser with under  900 hours.  Oil & impeller changed every 100 hours, exhaust manifolds and risers changed every three years (last time 8/17). Out drive bellows replaced about 18-months ago by Porters in Tucson.
Boat comes with a 9.8hp Mercury longshaft kicker motor, two cannon downriggers, lead, spare parts, radio, non-quality outriggers, interior cushions & other supplies. Boat has four trolling rod holders, four holders on the lid. TIP is good for another three years.
I use it about every two months and it always runs well. Holds roughly 52 gallons (two tanks).
No leaks. Boat is in covered parking and has a boat cover. Trailer is in good shape.
