Simplest way to enlarge the font is to adjust the zoom on your browser.  In IE, look at the lower right corner of the screen.  Probably says 100%.  Change to 125% and presto the fonts get bigger.  You can also change the text size under View on the tool bar.

I hesitate to change the code because of the vast differences in computers, monitors, settings, screen sizes, etc.  As is, the code will adjust to your settings and then can be modified to fit the individual user.  I have 3 different computers and all have different monitor settings.

If using FireFox, Ctrl + and Ctrl - will make the font larger or smaller.
