To read our forums you need not register but you must do so to post or reply to posts. Follow these instructions to register. At the upper right you should see Not logged in - Login | Register Click on the Register link and a Register window will open. Fill in all 4 boxes with a username, valid email address, enter the password twice and answer the security question. Please write the password down-we can change it for you but cannot recover it. Click the send button at the bottom right of the Register window. You will get a message that says an email has been sent to your email address so be sure the address you entered is correct. Wait a few minutes (varies depending on mail server loads) and open your email. You will see a link in our welcome message that must be clicked on to complete your registration process. That is it and you are now free to login and post and reply. If the system does not seem to respond properly after you register, check the security settings in your web browser and make sure cookies are allowed. Ours will not harm you or your system but are necessary to allow the forum to operate properly. Don't forget to login. If you are still having a problem, email host@sancarlosmexico.com. If for some reason you do not receive the email to verify your membership, it is usually either because the email address was entered incorrectly or your email system is either blocking us or sending our response to your junk mail folder or equivalent. Be sure and check there for the verfication email. We also suggest you add both sancarlosmexico.com and forum.sancarlosmexico.com to your whitelist so you can receive email from us before you register. If all that still has not solved the problem, you can request manual activation. Send us an email from the email address you used to register and include your user name and your real name. Upon verification of your request, we can activate you manually. Do not request manual activation unless you followed our registration procedures outlined above first.
