Hi fellow divers.  It has been brought to my attention that we can no longer bring in scuba tanks into mexico as sporting  good items.  Several people I know have had to come back or have had to leave tanks at the new 21 k .  I am in contact with a person who is working into the new rules and so far it look like we might have to import tank in so I will let you know how this works out.  If anyone out here has any more info please share.  Thanks
