Any results from the Dorado Derby?

Sea's were again "unfriendly" for the Wounded Warriors, but how was the turn out?
I know one fish was caught Friday morning on MAGNUM, how'd the rest of the weekend turn out?

Zancudo won the Derby. Not sure of the weight.

Magnum won the Wounded Warriors, followed by Predator.

I wasn't aware that Magnum and Predator were even veterans, let alone had received purple hearts.... They handle themselves well despite old injuries. my thanks for their service.

Barato lives! Those are boats, not anglers.

Have you been holed up in that cabin the last half-decade buddy? Go dust off the Port-a-boat.

The Wounded Veterans tournament is a tournament for purple hearts and the boats that participate generously donate their boats, captains, and crew to giving back to the veterans. This was our tenth annual Veterans Tournament and we released 22 Billfish over the two days between the five boats and thirteen veterans. Magnum won the tournament with six sailfish and two marlin releases. The Tournament has a winning boat (Magnum) and a winning veteran (Josh Root, US Army, Kansas) who released two marlin.
