I tried to sell my boat down here had a buyer, went to change the TIP and was denied, they  said they said the new owner has to have a title from the USA to be able to get a TIP. The bill of sale will not work anymore. This new law went into effect this month.

We have no titles on boats here in the state of Arizona. A registration is issued thru the game and fish for the boat and a "Title" is given for a trailer (if it has one) which is thru the state.
