Can anyone suggest a good place in Tucson to have my Trinidad and Torium 30s drag washers replaced? I could drop them off as I am in Amado temporarily (like a month or more). Thanks!

you can try Catalina Marine. there is no salt water fishing stores in Tucson. if you go up north you can go to Phoenix Fishing. also there is a guy that works a Bull Basin archery that use to own a salt water fishing/archery store in Tucson but he closed his store. then he went to work at Bull Basin. sorry but I can not remember his name. Good luck

You can try Phoenix Fishing Supply on 16th Street, in Phoenix.  They work on my Penn's, but I'm not sure about yours?

Thanks Bullshipper, I emailed the Fisherman's Landing, where we bought a lot of our gear back when we did a lot of long range and they are a certified Shimano service site but haven't heard back yet. Last time I sent a reel back to the main Shimano repair they returned it not repaired and said they did not service Thoriums any more because they were discontinued. I thought these were guaranteed for life when I bought it and according to a guy I knew who worked there. Hmmm?

When I lived in Prescott, I had them work on mine also, but it has been a while since I had them do work for me because I now live a lot further away but closer to Tucson.

I checked and shimano does still service all Thoriums for arond $30 + shipping to them. Look at page 8.
