We were out a whopping twelve miles. Only bite was a sail just a few out. Heard one nada report going around the Island, otherwise I don't know who if anyone has been going offshore. Strangely we keep loading up on bonita. Biggest dorado in the Bay may be 7#, but there are large schools. Missed a couple larger ones a little out. Many sardine schools offshore, a few flyers, saw one mystery boil, and a number of bait sized dorado. A Blue will show soon.

Haystack is still producing small dorado, and tons of skipjack over there as well. Billfish we're out 23-37ish miles a week or two ago.

Freinds went to the other side for 3 days, found many small dorado. They also found lots of sea weed and caught dorado and yellowtail off of! They caught 1 billfish and missed 1. Biggest dorado was 15lbs

A 19 lb bull was caught right off of haystack. Heard of others reporting larger dorado jumping. Most activity is close to shore, (so I have heard) and still tons of dorado around with not many billfish being caught. I guess the dorado just showed up late?

Just noticed this, as I have been off the grid for several days.

Good to hear about the substantial numbers of small dorado. They grow fast...........if given the opportunity.

Has anyone come across any longlines?
