Hello All One of my in floor fish boxes cover has broken, is there anyone in San Carlos that carries the material what i believe to be "King Starboard" in white?  that also has the ability to cut, radius and router edges.
Thx  Dave

There are internet business in Florida that make them custom, and/or have a stock of surplus hatches of all sizes if you are willing to wait and bring down later.

TH Marine is another supplier that comes to mind but their stuff is not the best quality.

professional plastics in PHX carries Starboard or it's clone.

The cutting board materiel (sani-board) is not as dense and has terrible UV resistant characteristics.

Some of the poly's, like HDpE's are the plastic of choice for outdoor furniture, and other pp's can come with or w/o UV stabilizers. They newest one on my 2009 hull looks brand new after years of outdoor uncovered storage, for instance, perhaps because they are like 3/8" and not thin sheets.
But like Ez says, some poly's can be a problem, so if you can get by the hatch already made, its pretty foolproof, especially if made from starboardnas you requested as that is specially formulated for sun resistance.
