Zancudo's description of the price and the procedure jive with my experiences. I like getting the monthly rate and being able to take it in and out, when the fishing turns good or bad. Really good ramp at MSC and fairly well protected from wind.

This 240/month rate is for slips without electricity,BTW, but does include water.

Marina Real tends to be about 20% cheaper, but I dont know if you pay for a month and it expires when the 30 days are up on the calendar. MSC lets you pull out and keep your days credited for up to a year.

I also think that 4 dollars in and 4 dollars out FOR A PRIVATE LAUNCH RAMP is reasonable. Maybe you are used to launching for free at publicly owned launch ramps that use/used tax dollars to build/maintain? The private owner deserves some compensation for providing the service. It's been 4 dollars for about 5 years (at least). I'm amazed it hasnt gone up.
