Have someone you can trust?
My ex-gardener was letting the huge branches fall on my banana trees, killing them and he said he didn't care.

Leonardo Ochoa. He does not drop onto my wife's roses or ornamentals. Will hold the "branch" with one hand, cut it and drop it safely. Dates, cocos and fans/Uachintons. Just ask him for a bid and show him what and how you want. Debris goes to Pasa dump, not your next door vacant lot. Ron

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it was Leonardo.
He lets his help do them. I told him and he said meh.

Pez Dorado, will you post results? Or your opinion? I thought those two helpers were his nephews? That is not good. we sure like the different plants we have growing beneath our palms, not worth just trashing! Thanks,Ron

I was using Leonardo for 7 years and he did good work, however now all he wants to do is drive around in his truck. His helpers are relatives but they do not get any supervision. They want to finish as quickly as possible. He may do work well for others, but I am done with him. They have become reckless over time and disrespect my property.
My banana trees will not produce fruit now for another 17 months and 1 died. My advice? Watch them closely and let them know the first time you see them screw up. I guarantee you it will become worse.

I just found a real nice young man named Arturo that will trim my palm trees for much less. 250 pesos each for my 5 trees and one is about 50 feet tall. Has a truck and guarantees my banana plants will be safe. AMEN!

His number is 044.622.147.4653

He works in construction until 5 every day so the work has to be after 5.30 P.M. or Sundays

I will report back when the work is complete.

Before and after photos of work done by Arturo.
Each has its own page, I have no idea why I cant put them all on one.

Charged 250 pesos a tree. He works for his dad's construction company but is available after work Monday through Saturday around 5.30 p.m., and is also available Sundays. He and his helper Fernando did thorough work. No blasting radio and cleaned up after themselves.

He has a Ford F-150 and also a large, well-built steel trailer with grated metal sides.

I definitely recommend him. Nice guys also.
