I can't seem to find a landscaper that is reliable and does good work.  I'm looking for a monthly service.  Any help?

Is their reliability in showing up the problem?
The work they do?
Or is it that they just dont know what they are doing?

Something entirely different.  He promised he could re-palm our palapa and it wouldn't leak.  He repalmed it for a lot of $$ and it leaks right away.  My husband said no more work.  He was a good gardener.

Sounds like what you want is a palapa roofer, not a landscaper.

I am also looking for a person to build another palapa.  No one I've talked to seems to know anyone anymore.  Even the contractors don't know anyone.

If he was a good gardener, consider retaining him for gardening services.

Perhaps, leaving construction projects up to construction professionals.

Talk to JJ, he had a large palapa built. Also talk to the little seafood shack on Ave H behind Hambone's.. They had a palapa built.

It can be hard to find craftsmen who deliver to the standards we might be accustomed to NOB. Find a structure you like.. and find out who built it.... better chance of having that same standard of quality duplicated.

Thank You Fernanado.  We have decided to go with steel and a welder.  We may need some palms repaired in the future.  Will keep your email!

fernandosancarlos and carlos, his partner (above post) recently spent 5 days at my home. from painting,to yard work, palm cutting, building a shelter for my car, washing detailing waxing my car, painting my cfe moofa with flowers and butterflies....they worked their butts off and their prices were so reasonable. give them a chance. you will not be disappointed.
