Don't forget the Shots Farmer's Market tomorrow from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. It's in front of and inside of Shots on the Marina San Carlos Malecon. There will be hot malasadas, Damon's bread, veggies, jams, jellies and fresh chiles rellenos, tamales, etc. Inside will be Glitzy Gal women's summer fashion apparel and of course Shots breakfast and later lunch offerings. Come one, come ALL!

For umpteenth time JZ, San Carlos has not one, but THREE malecons! Do you even know what a "malecon" is? Well I'll define it for you: A malecon is any seaside or lakeside sidewalk. San Carlos has the one both sides of Charly's Rock, the one around the San Carlos Marina and the one around the Marina Real marina. Capice JZ?

Yes JZ, that is indeed a malecon, a big and impressive malecon at that. No problem, BUT our little malecones are nevertheless malecones. Ours are smaller and shorter but still, by definition, malecones. The malecon adjacent to the Marina Terra complex can also be called an "embarcadero" because of piers attached for the purpose of mooring boats and yachts. Of course if you want to draw a parallel to the San Francisco Embarcadero you can. Yes, like your malecon pictured above, the SF Embarcadero is big and impressive. Now just chill out and go enjoy the Farmer's Market on the Marina Terra Malecon tomorrow, okay?
