Lots of cars at the Tetas parking lot this AM around 1030. It was a popular hiking day.

This appears to be the incident:

https://red933.mx/turista-se-lesiona-en-el-tetakawi/Translation:

A tourist suffered scrapes on her face during an excursion on the Tetakawi hill, this Thursday afternoon.
Lidia, 47, from Cuernavaca, Morelos, went hiking accompanied by her husband Luis. A stone fell from above and hit her in the face.
Due to the impact, she fell and suffered further injuries to her face and also to her leg, which led to the call to Rescate San Carlos, whose paramedics reached her and applied first aid.
Due to the difficulties to get her down, the Bomberos de Guaymas were called to the scene and together effected a safe descent.
