Just to give all people of San Carlos the truth information. Leonard Manson known as Lenny is selling the Country Club hole by hole and the money goes for his private enjoyment not his Partners or investors. By his own words F...k the people of San Carlos and F...k the investors I am the Administrator and I can do what ever I want. For the investors contact me, I will give you all information how you money disappears.


About 8 years a go,Lenny change hole number 11 the fairway and told people this is to improve the Golf course. He paid a Guaymas official money to subdivide hole number 11 in to Lots to sell. My understanding was the process was stopped. Now Lenny is trying to mark the Lots to sell and also more holes are in the Planning. 
My point is many people invested in a House in San Carlos Country Club with a view of the course and now Lenny decided to take our INVESTMENT to live at a Golf course and plans to build Houses in front of our Houses and there will be no more Golf Course.


Lenny always tells the people how he dries to improve the Golf Course, sorry all Lies


- WE Get sprayed with untreated sewage water or E-Coli and other Bacteria's
- Maintenance room is more dangerous then anybody can believe
- He bought 30 Golf cars but they never came
and and and never ending Story


I hope the People start doing something about our Golf Course

Can you imagine a single post with the topic line "Things that happened to people in San Carlos". The Golf Towers, The Unfinished Fiesta (?) Tower, The Water Supply, The New Marina, The Ranchitos Road, The Police Burglaries......I'm sure there are 50 more that others have "fond memories of".

I dont understand.

If there are investors in the golf course, in Tucson, wouldn't they get a share of the sale of the holes? Wouldn't the investors actually be supportive of it?

The Investors had no knowledge of Lenny's action selling of the holes in the Course. and YES we will loose our Golf course hole by hole. Lenny stated f... all the Investors and the people of San Carlos I need money. Like I said before, their was never a interest from Lenny to improve or fix the Golf Course, it is for sale literal piece by piece for Cash.

aleman, if this results in what you are predicting the results for the adjoining communities will be disastrous! 


most of the homes in the 2 country club subdivisions have medium to upper end homes as do most of the other subdivisions close!


the market for homes over $150,000. usd is slow if not stagnate!


new investors will be building and marketing homes below $150,000. including the lot price, for active, progressive, profitable sales!


this will depreciate existing home values and IMHO will create havoc!!


not to mention the stress it will place on the existing lacking infrastructure!!!!


i have build many homes in both country clubs and an currently vested in the Royal!

I can understand the negative consequences of selling off the holes, with respect to persons who already own around the golf course. We all have many friends who live in the CC or in Royal. It would suck.

But would it be illegal? What's to legally stop him from doing it? Doesn't he own the land?

Aleman, I assume these investors invested with Lenny's father? Or with Lenny himself?

When we buy our property on the Fairway we was guaranteed that nobody can build in front and also is says so in the Fedicomiso, Lenny moved the Tee Boxes and destroyed the Fairway, later Lenny paid of officials with money to obtain illegally permission to register Lots. There are no Lot numbers but I have the secure knowledge that many lots been sold for not registered cash.


My point is he never had any interest in the San Carlos Golf Course or his Investors, only to sell piece by piece for CASH.

Not sure there is enough water for a golf course in the first place. Second, there are not enough golfers to average the 150 rounds a day that would make this a viable investment. So its hard for me to imagine anyone not wanting spme return pn theor assets. But if you have a contract, why aren’t you suing them?

When I pay for a House on Golf Course and I like to live for what I payed for. Lenny the Administrator of the San Carlos Golf Club is lying for all this years to us the people who live and pay to play at this course and his Investors. 


There never been any improvement only Land sale for cash. We used to have a Driving Range (been sold for cash ) and now we literal hitting the Balls into Solimar (I feel sorry for this people. Just think millions of $$$$ in cash disappeared.

Boy this is a complicated issue, does the owner of the golf course have the right to sell off each hole, each hole is valuable for several homes, I understand development, so you folks as members, how do you feel about at 17 holes course?

There is also the issue of supposed "lifetime" golf memberships that would be rendered useless.

But I believe that these "lifetime" memberships have been cancelled in the past before.

What a sticky wicket.

The legal owner would have legal (not Moral) right to sell the course for development..This same scenario has played out many times across the USofA...


Is Lenny the Legal Owner??? Who are the legal owners??? Is he acting on the owners behalf??? Too many questions...



It has been proven that in Mexico the Law can be bent, even broken, for Money.

for those who haven't read the papers in spanish, lenny had to trade land for his tax debt!


he is actually not selling the land, he trades it for his taxes! this time the traded land went to the x mayors brother!


every year we owe taxes, so he will never line his pockets with money!


the cycle will most likely continue!!
