I agree Frankie. I have friends that bought their homes along the golf course, and suddenly their view will be blocked, by new construction?

When I bought my home there 25 years ago I had a beautiful home and green fairways to view. Now I have a cow pasture and dust regularly blowing in the house. Have to keep the windows closed. Lenny couldn't manage an out house.

Sad, San Carlos has changed in so many ways. Some people just refuse to see where all this is going.  The infrastructure of our little town is so depleted and old it can't sustain the homes we already have. Water is the huge issue. One has said that they are replacing waterlines all over town, 3 new wells have gone in. * not confirmed on my part.
Mow building more in Country club????
I don't really see that fixes anything if the MAIN PROBLEM IS NOT ADDRESSED. New pipe and pressure to San Carlos and beyond. We lose an incredible amount of water before it ever reaches San Carlos. So what looks good on the outside will not really address the root problem.    Make no sense to me. Promised the moon and same old same ol happens every year!

Still, this is a nice little community. One certainly can't buy ocean front property, Country club Golf course properties or anything this close to the ocean and this reasonable in many places that are still close to the US border.
Im going to hold out hope for improvement.:D:)

Big concerns for me, Maybe someone can answer with factual information;):
Major Building no water to support. Not to mention all the building going in on the other side of the Bahia
The sewage is?? Well, it just is what it is.
At least PASA is back, woo whoo!  I'm sooo happy

Speaking of building and selling, Has everyone had their property trusts looked at and evaluated by someone who is REAL power to be?? I heard many are having this problem?? So I checked only to find that after many years of ownership mine are actually NOT legal and right now I'm unable to sell a piece of my property.  I've talked with several other residents that are going through the same thing?  Can anyone shed some light? Anyone out there who has gone through this only to find that their trust was illegal, no good, what's up with that? I'm looking to sell a piece of property that has a home on it.  I'm on my third HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ATTORNEY NOW.

I can't help but be a little disappointed.

The good news, I'm finally making headway!  And to think? I wasn't even going to check!

I sure hope everything works out in the Country club,  don't live there, Several friends that do. it's very nice.

FYI, I guess Arturo is back scamming people in the Country club?  Read it on another board:( He seems to show up in October. Hmm Wonder why.. LOL  :O)
