We are getting a steady drizzle also in Tucson. Started yesterday and they are saying it will be done tonight. Nothing very hard, but soaking.

It was hard about 7 am with thunder and lightning on Tucson's east side. My border collie was not happy.

We had 25 hours of rain as a result of bud. I measured about 8 inches, but I don't know how accurate (might be more or might be less).

Word on the street is the 5 rain events we've had since June 9th, combined, have given us more rain than we had all of last year.

What were your rainfall tallies from Bud in San Carlos?

My rain gauge on the Caracol Peninsula indicated 1.66 inches total, all on Friday from early morning.

Great tip! Hurricane season has already begun and it's important to prepare for the worst because you really just never know. I'm investing in generators and read up on the importance of them : http://www.impcorporation.com/blog/emergency-power-a-vital-resource-for-puerto-rico
