CEA is out delivering water in the neighborhood but it looks like the same pumper trucks they use to pump the sewer, could that be right ? I think I will pass and pay for Martins H20

we all know expecting CEA to do something about the water situation is almost hopeless!

most everyone in my subdivision has water storage systems, but we have no warning when the water is not coming in to fill our cisterns!

this is what i came up with to alert our residents to conserve their water!

Take it to the CEA office and wave it front of their faces.

maybe this "no water" banner can inspire some! so when the next time the president or governor come to san carlos plaza there will be similar posters and people holding these "no water" posters to draw political attention of our plight!

My husband is at my house across from Hotel Marinaterra and he has not had water for three days. He was told there was a break in the line to Caracol Turistico.
