Trublu,so glad to hear the house next to my rental wasn't yours. That house is filled with water. I hope someone has contacted that home owner.  This last storm did fill the back yard with sand, rocks and shells up to the house like in your photo. I can understand the need for shutters. The rental house had shutters down stairs but not upstairs. I was afraid when the winds peaked out that slider doors upstairs would shatter.I could feel them flex and at that point went down stairs ! Sure wish I was there sitting at Soggy Peso today,oh well, will try again in a few weeks !
